The old adage, ‘one man’s junk is another man’s treasure’ could not be more true than for a former shed that sat vacant in the city’s east-end before being converted into a beautiful, towering, laneway home that just hit the market.

The current owners initially lived around the corner from the shed and thought the lot had potential.

“When the sellers bought the land originally there was just a shed located on it and they thought they would use it as a parking spot as they used to own a building on Queen Street right around the corner,” Royal Lepage broker Erica Reddy told Toronto Storeys.
